VAULTREX SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods or sale events, processing may take up to 5+ business days. We will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival. Vaultrex has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then contact us at help@vaultrex.store.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit.

  • Lost package: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at help@vaultrex.store and we will open an investigation with the carrier immediately. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund if you bought shipping protection — your choice.
  • Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, email us at help@vaultrex.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@vaultrex.store — we can update your address if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


Discreet Packaging

All Vaultrex orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no branding, product name, or indication of contents on the outside of the box. Your privacy matters to us.


International Legal Notice

Vaultrex sells firearm storage accessories only — we do not sell firearms or ammunition. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that importing a gun safe or firearm storage accessory is permitted under the laws of their country or region. Vaultrex is not liable for packages seized or refused by customs due to local import restrictions.
